Bls: [www.binaraga.net] Latihan beban saat bulan puasa

menurut pengalaman yg saya jalani di Bulan puasa sebaiknya latihan beban dimulai dua jam sebelum berbuka sehingga waktu utk berbuka tdk terlalu jauh. Hal ini utk menghindari dehidrasi krn rasa haus yg dirasakan sangat mengganggu aktifitas angkat beban, kalo latihannya malam hari akan mengurangi waktu utk beribadah kita. CMIW..
